The Zunyi Lyeli to Lengshuiping Expressway starts at Lyeli, Yaxi Town, Bozhou District, Zunyi City, connecting to the already built Zunyi Ring Expressway from Mengzi Bridge to Lyeli section. It passes through Shiban Town, Sanhe Town, Goujiang Town, and Sancha Town, ending at Lengshuiping, Sancha Town, Bozhou District, Zunyi City, connecting to the ongoing expansion project of the Lanhai National Expressway from Zunyi to Guiyang. The main line is approximately 50.35 kilometers long.
